• The Deep Brain Sound Stimulation (DBSS) Technology, encompassing all methods, techniques, and processes for targeted brainwave entrainment and neuromodulation using audio signals.
• All used numbers and their modulation to produce sound frequencies, brainwave technical methods, number calculations, and frequency mappings.
• The Vital Tones websites and all content therein.

 

License Agreement and Restrictions:

 

The software and accompanying materials are provided under a license agreement containing restrictions on disclosure, duplication, and use. The software contains proprietary information and trade secrets of Vital Tones Limited and is protected by international copyright laws.

 

The software, applications, sounds, session descriptions, frequency numbers, modulation techniques, documentation, and any portion thereof may not be:

 

1. Disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Vital Tones Limited.
2. Reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, except as necessary for personal use, program execution, archival storage, or system backup.
3. Used for any purpose not expressly permitted under the license agreement, including reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works.

Governing Law:

 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vital Tones Limited is established.
