DBSS Knee Protocol – Stream, Download, Instructions & Data Upload
Who Is This Page For?
Healthcare professionals (surgeons, therapists, researchers) seeking a non-invasive ACL/PCL healing option.
Patients referred by a clinician—or self-directed—who want to avoid surgery and long rehab.
1 Quick Guide for Healthcare Professionals
- Document baseline status, including a pre-treatment MRI.
- Explain the listening schedule (Section 3) and arrange a post-treatment MRI at week 4.
- Export both MRI studies in DICOM, anonymize with your PACS or viewer, and ZIP each.
- Upload anonymized ZIPs plus clinical notes via the secure form (Section 5).
- Select any recognition options—acknowledgment, certificate, or authorship.
2 Overview for Patients
Deep Brain Sound Stimulation (DBSS) uses specially tuned audio to trigger your brain’s repair systems.
Following two 25-minute sessions daily for 4 weeks has produced MRI-confirmed ligament healing without surgery.
Your steps:
- Listen every day for 4 weeks (Section 3).
- Get a week-4 MRI to confirm healing (Section 6).
- Upload both MRIs via the link in Section 5.
3 Stream or Download the Sessions
Headphones are required. Speakers will not deliver the correct effect.
Start with Session 1, rest ≥ 5 minutes, then play Session 2.

Use any quality audio player with headphones.
4 Daily Listening Instructions
- Two sessions (25 min + 25 min) every day for 4 weeks.
- Place headphones properly (L = left ear, R = right ear).
- Quiet space ideal; you may listen while commuting, working, or resting.
- Comfortable volume—louder is not more effective.
- Do not stop early: pain relief can precede full ligament repair.
- For best results, use both ears—even if only one knee is affected—to support full and balanced recovery.
5 Upload Your MRI & Reports
Help validate DBSS by sharing your scans:
Required:
- Pre-treatment MRI (baseline)
- Post-treatment MRI (week 4)
Anonymize first: remove all patient identifiers in your viewer or PACS, then ZIP.
Clinicians and patients alike can contribute. Contributors may request acknowledgment, a certificate, or co-authorship.
6 Why the Post-Treatment MRI Is Essential
Pain relief does not confirm structural healing. Only a week-4 MRI can verify that your ACL/PCL fibers are fully continuous—and safe to return to full activity.
7 Support This Work
Our primary goal is to collect real pre- and post-treatment MRI data. Every anonymized case you share directly advances proof of healing.
If you’ve benefited and have the means, you may also choose to make a voluntary gift to help cover data analysis and protocol development.
